Mobile App: Download the app from the link below and click on “Register” bottom right corner.

You can use your email address or phone number for registration.

1. Email Registration:

1) Enter email address, enter password and verify password. Password 8-20 characters, must contain upper and lower case letters and Numbers
2) Click "Send Verification Code" and the code will be valid for 10 minutes. Note: If you do not receive the mail, please check your spam foler. Log in to your mailbox and check the corresponding verification code.
3) Enter the email verification code just received
4) Check "I have read and agree with the service agreement privacy agreement"
5) Fill in invitation code if you have one
6) Click “Register” and you are now registered user of Wisebitcoin.

2. Phone Number Registration

1) Enter the country phone code, and enter the mobile phone number
2) Enter your password and confirm. Password 8-20 characters, must contain upper and lower case letters and Numbers
3) Click "Send Verification Code" and the code will be valid for 10 minutes
4) Enter the SMS verification code just received
5) Check the box that I have read and agree to the service agreement privacy agreement
6) Fill in invitation code if you have one
7) Click “Register” and you are now registered user of Wisebitcoin.

Note: For your own privacy, we recommend you to activate 2 factor authentication from your mypage.

Please check below three criteria if “Register” button is disabled. Also, for PC users, we recommend using Chrome for your browser.

1) Passwords must contain 8-20 characters with upper and lower case letters and Numbers
2) Make sure to enter same passwords in “Confirm Passwords”
3) Check the box that I have read and agree to the service agreement privacy agreement

Your “Register” button will activate once the above criteria are met.

Login

If you cannot log in, please check the instructions below. -If the login password is incorrectly entered more than 5 times, login is restricted for 24 hours.
-If you do not remember your password, please reset your password. -Please delete your browser's browsing history and cookies and try again.
-Since Wisebitcoin is optimized for Chrome, please connect through Chrome when possible. -Please check once more that you have entered your ID and password correctly. (check the Caps Lock status of the keyboard).
-Access may be restricted if it is deemed as a dangerous IP in public places or security. For further troubleshooting, please contact us via email help@wisebitcoin.com

Forgot Login Password
Notice: The withdrawal will be disabled for 24 hours once the password is reset.

There are two ways to reset your passwords.

Email: Password reset
1. Click on “Forgot Password” on your login screen.
2. Enter your Email address and and click “Get code”. The verification code will be valid for 10 minutes. Note: Email might be receive either in Inbox or Junk mail.
3. Reset Password: Enter new password - confirm new password, click "submit"

Phone : Password reset
1. Click on “Forgot Password” on your login screen.
2. Enter your phone number and and click “Get code”. The verification code will be valid for 10 minutes. Note: Email might be receive either in Inbox or Junk mail.
3. Reset Password: Enter new password - confirm new password, click "submit"

Change Login Password
Notice: The withdrawal will be disabled for 24 hours once the password is changed.

1. Log in and click on “My page”.
2. Click "Change Password”
3. Enter old password, new password and confirm new password. Click “Submit".

Freeze Account and Unlock Account
Your account will be frozen when wrong password is entered 5 times. After 24 hours, the account will be unlocked automatically and you can login again or click “Forgot Password” to reset your password.

Notice: The withdrawal will be disabled for 24 hours once the password is changed.

User Information

If the e-mail is not registered and only a mobile phone number is registered, the mobile phone number cannot be changed.

If both the mobile phone number and email are registered, please log in and change the mobile phone number directly on the service.

PC: Click'Change' in My Page>'Phone Number'.
After entering the verification code, the information will update when the phone number to be changed and verification is complete.

* If the account has been signed up with a mobile phone number, you can change it after checking the following information for your account security.
1. Please provide your UID/mobile phone number/email.
2. Submit your photo holding the ID and the memo. The memo must contain the following information in handwriting.
1) Purpose of request: Request to change mobile phone number
2) Date of application:'YYYY-MM-DD' 3) Your signature

Please submit your information and photo which mentioned above via email to account@wisebitcoin.com. After confirming your submission, we will process it as quickly as possible. After receiving the response, you can re-register your'mobile phone number' directly from My Page> Security Management.

If the mobile phone number is not registered and only the e-mail is registered, the e-mail address cannot be changed.

If both your mobile phone number and email are registered, please log in and change your email directly from the service.

PC: My Page>'E-mail'>”Change”
After entering the verification code, the information will be changed when the e-mail to be changed and verification is completed.
* However, in the case of an account signed up by e-mail address, you can change the e-mail after checking the following information for the security of your account. 1. Please provide your UID/mobile phone number/email.
2. Submit your photo holding an ID and the memo.
The memo must contain the following information in handwriting.
1) Purpose of request: Request for email change
2) Date of application:'YYYY-MM-DD'
3) Your signature

Please submit your information and photo which mentioned above via email to account@wisebitcoin.com.
After confirming your submission, we will process it as quickly as possible.
After receiving the response that has been processed, you can re-register'e-mail' directly from My Page> Security Management.

After logging in, change the OTP information directly on mypage.

PC: My Page>'OTP'>”Change”
After two-factor authentication including existing OTP authentication, scan the QR code on the screen.
When you finish entering the authentication number of the newly registered OTP, the OTP change is completed.

Unbinding OTP
For your account security, it is necessary to check your information:

1. Please provide your UID/mobile phone number/email.
2. Hold your ID and memo and submit your photo.
The memo must contain the following information in handwriting.
1) Purpose of request: OTP authentication release
2) Date of application:'YYYY-MM-DD'
3) Your signature

Please submit your information and photo which mentioned above via email to account@wisebitcoin.com.
After confirming your submission, we will process it as quickly as possible.

Verification/Security

Wisebitcoin proceeds in the order of Lv.1 basic authentication, Lv.2 advanced authentication, and documents submission is required for Lv.2 advanced authentication.

*You must complete the Lv.2 advanced authentication for using our service such as deposit, withdrawal, trading and etc.

How to authenticate yourself

1. After logging in, go to'My Page'> Click'Authentication' in My Page
2. Lv.1 Basic authentication: Please enter nationality, surname, first name, type of ID (ID, driver's license, passport, etc.), valid ID number, and gender information.
3. Lv.2 Advanced Certification:
a) Please upload a photo of the identification of the information submitted in basic authentication.
b) Please upload a photo of yourself with your ID and memo.
The memo must include your name, exchange name, and application date.

Be sure to check the precautions when uploading photos before proceeding.
After applying for certification, approval usually takes less than 24 hours.

Wisebitcoin verification has two step process: Lv.1 basic authentication and Lv.2 advanced authentication.

1. After logging in, go to'My Page'> Click'Self-verification' in My Page
2. Lv.1 Basic Authentication: Enter nationality, surname, first name, type of identification (ID, driver's license, passport, etc.), valid identification number, and gender to complete Lv.1 authentication.
3. Lv.2 Advanced Certification:
a) Please upload a photo of the identification of the information submitted in basic authentication.
b) Please upload a photo of yourself with your ID and memo.
The memo must include your name, exchange name, and application date.

Be sure to check the precautions when uploading photos before proceeding.
After applying for certification, it typically takes less than 24 hours for the approval.

You can upload PDF, JPG, JPEN, and PNG type of files.
Since Wisebitcoin is optimized for Chrome, errors may occur when connecting through other browsers. We recommend using Chrome for any retries.
Upload processing may be delayed in situations where there are many simultaneous upload requests. Please give yourself a few minutes after a failed attempt for a retry.

If the verification fails, please check for the following reasons:
1. Whether the submitted information of the second-level real-name authentication is consistent with the first-level authentication name/certificate number
2. Only original documents need to be uploaded.
3. No alteration is allowed on the documents.
4. Memo should contain all relevant information.
5. Picture should have high resolution.

When email verification code is not received,
please follow below procedures:

1. Please verify registered email account and ensure it is correct.
2. Please check spam folder in email system.
3. Add noreply@wisebitcoin.com to the whitelist in your email server.
4. Ensure that email client works normally.
5. It is recommended to use Gmail or Outlook.

If the problem persists after trying all of the above, please email help@wisebitcoin.com

Phone verification code not received.
Before we could resolve your inquires, please check on the following instruction below:

1. Please check that your phone number is correct
2. Might be due to phone network unstable and retry in 30 minutes
3. Please verify phone signal stability by moving to a location with stronger signal
4. Clear cache and blacklist, disable firewall
5. Restart the device.
If non of the above works , please provide us your phone model , operation system ( IOS or Android ) , country & city that you are accessing from. You may also contact us at help@wisebitcoin.com

User may proceed with the following methods to enhance account security

Reminders when setting a password:
• Recommended to set up password on your own personal computer or devices, avoid using public computers as it face a higher risk of password being stolen or hacked
• Do not connect to public wireless network, and it is easy for hackers to steal the transmitted data.
• Password Setting:
1. Create a complex and unique password, at least 8 characters which contain uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers;
2. Do not use regular phrases, such as your name, date of birth, mobile phone, etc., which are easily obtained by others. For example: Bhex123456, abc123456, 1999238 are not recommended passwords; it is recommended that you set the password like this: Bjebic@ 132owu, han&23214, [HDU346c, etc. are recommended.
3. After the password is set successfully, you can change the password periodically to enhance account security.
Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
• It is recommended that you bind Google Authenticator, a dynamic password tool that generates a valid 6-digit verification code every ten seconds. You need to use the phone to scan or manually enter the16-digit key provided by Wisebitcoin, enter the 6-digit verification code displayed on the Google Authenticator to complete the binding process. After successful bound, you will need to enter the 6-digit verification code on the Google Authenticator each time you log in.
• Please keep a copy of the two-factor authentication QR Code or 16-digit key. Do not store it in your mobile phone after the screenshot, or store it in a frequently used electronic device to avoid the password being stolen by others when the device is lost. Avoid using public networks and networks with have security risks. Ensure the uniqueness of your password, creating new passwords that are not used by other services.

Suggestions on preventing the computer from getting viruses and Trojans.
• Periodically scan your devices with antivirus software
• Do not share account information to anybody and do not open any attachment from an unknown source
• Contact our customer service to help you with security problems
• Uninstall plug-ins or unknown third-party softwares
Wisebitcoin will not ask for your account password and account related verification code in any of a kind, please take precaution of your account security.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security process in which the user provides two different authentication factors to verify themselves to better protect both the user's credentials and the resources. 2FA includes Email Verification, Phone Verification and Google Authentication.
After binding 2FA, signing into your account or withdrawal will require your password, verification codes and/or 6 digit generated code from Google Authenticator App (GA).
When signed up with Email, you can only bind Phone and Google Authentication (shown below). Vice versa if signed up with phone, you can only bind Email and Google Authentication.

How to Bind Phone Verification:
1.PC: Log in >"User Center" > under “Phone” click “Bind”.
Mobile : Log in > My page > Security > SMS authentication
2. Select the country code and key in phone number.
3. Key in 6 digit code received in SMS. (code expires after 10 minutes)
4. Under Email Verification > click "Get code" > key in 6 digit code received by emaill (check Inbox/Spambox. code expires after 10 minutes)
5. Click ""Submit"" and Binding will be shown if successful.

How to Bind Email Verification:
1. PC: Log in > "User Center" > under "Email" click "Bind".
Mobile : Log in > My page > Security > Email Authentication
2. Key in Email address
3. Under Email Verification > click "Get code" > key in 6 digit code received by emaill (check Inbox/Spambox. code expires after 10 minutes)
4. Under SMS Verification > click "Get code" > key in 6 digit code received by SMS. (code expires after 10 minutes)
5. Click "Submit" and Binding will be shown if successful.

How to Set Google Authentication
1. PC: Log in > User Center > under "Google Authentication" click "Bind"
Mobile : Log in > My page > Security > Google Authenticator
2. Download Google Authenticator App (GA) on phone
(IOS: APPSTORE / ANDROID: PLAYSTORE)
3. Open GA App > Scan QR Code or Manual entry 16-digit key
4. Under Email Verification > click Get code > key in 6 digit code
received by Email (check inbox/Spambox. code expires after 10 minutes)
5. Input the 6 digit code generated from GA App
6. Click "Complete" and Bound will be shown if successful.
Tips: Save the 16-digit key or QR Code for future back up to re-setup.
Example: phone lost or accidentally deleted the GA App.

Google authenticator is a dynamic password tool. After binding, a dynamic verification code is generated every 30 seconds, which can be used for security verification of operations such as login, withdrawal, and modification of security Settings.
1. PC: Log in > User Center > Google Authentication, click “Bind”
Mobile : Log in > My page > Security > Google Authenticator > click Bind
2. Download Google Authenticator (GA) on your phone
(IOS User: Click to download on APP STORE)
(ANDROID User: Click to download on PLAYSTORE)
3. Open Google Authenticator APP, click "+" button, scan barcode or manual entry 16-digit keys
4. Input Email or Phone verification code, GA generated 6 digit code and click "Complete"
Tips: Save the 16-digit key or QR Code for future back up to re-setup.
Example: phone lost or accidentally deleted the GA App.

If your Google Authenticator code doesn't work, please check the steps below:
1. Ensure correct GA APP is installed
(IOS User: Click to download on APP STORE)
(ANDROID User: Click to download on PLAYSTORE)
2. Please check if you entered the google 2FA code for your Wisebitcion account, not other platforms or not your other account if any.
3. The google 2FA code is only valid for 30 seconds. Please check to ensure you entered the latest code when it is still valid. If code expired, please try enter the new code.
4. Ensure your phone system time is the same as your Wisebitcion timelog.
5. If you still cannot solve the problem, please contact online customer service.


Reset Google Authenticator

PC : User center > Google Authentication and Change
Scan QR code from the screen after 2FA (including current OTP authentication). OTP change will be completed after input of new OTP code

Mobile : My page > Security > Google Authenticator > Change
Scan QR code from the screen after 2FA (including current OTP authentication). OTP change will be completed after input of new OTP code

If you want to release OTP setting, please submit the information on the below via email to account@wisebitcoin.com.
1. UID/Phone number/Email
2. Selfie with ID card and memo. Memo should contain below information and it should be hand written
1) Request purpose: Unbind OTP
2) Date : YYYY-MM-DD
3) Signature

If you are unable to log in, please contact help@wisebitcoin.com

Please beware that your transaction password will be used to deposit and withdraw digital assets.
You can register and change on My Page>Security > Transaction Password.
You cannot withdraw for 24 hours after changing the transaction password. Please beware of this before changing password

An Anti-phishing code is a phrase that is always included in and sent in mail related to authentication from Wisebitcoin. You can set the phrase you want, and if the authentication email does not include an anti-phishing code that you have set, please stop authenticating and contact the customer center immediately.
1)Click 'Phishing prevention code' in [My Page]> [Security].
2)Enter the code and authentication number to include in the email and click the 'OK' button to complete the setup.
3) You can check the anti-phishing code sent in your authentication email.

If you suspect hacking, please contact the customer service center immediately and we will initiate investigation.
Recommendations for prevention of hacking.
1) Change Log-in password and transaction password periodically (3 months)
2) Use a password different from other exchanges and services
3) Use Google OTP

Deposit/ Withdrawal

Mobile App Deposit Method
If you already have a digital asset asset, you can transfer the digital asset to your Wisebitcoin account by using the recharge function of your existing trading platform or wallet.
Digital asset is topped up by "address".
Search currency on your "Assets" page and copy the address of your Wisebitcoin platform to top up

1. Login to Wisebitcoin APP : click the bottom right corner “Balance”. Select the coin
2. Click "Deposit"
3. Copy the deposit address or scan the deposit QR code. Paste this deposit address into your withdrawal platform ( Example : E-wallet or Exchange )
4. To check the status of your depositing: Click Balance -> Choose desired coin

PC Deposit Method
1. Login to Wisebitcoin > click the upper right corner “Balance”. Select the coin -> click "Deposit"

2. Copy the deposit address or scan the deposit QR code. Paste this deposit address into your withdrawal platform ( Example : E-wallet or Exchange )

3. To check the status of your deposit: Click Balance -> Balance History.

Tips:
Do not deposit coin that is not listed in Wisebitcoin as it may result in lost or unsuccessful deposit.
Fill in TAG if any required

*You must complete the Lv.2 advanced authentication for the deposit.

Mobile App Withdrawal Method
If you wish to withdraw a digital asset from your Wisebitcoin account to another platform account or your digital wallet,
you can do so by using Asset-Withdraw function.
Digital asset is withdrawn by "address". Before withdrawing asset you need to find the corresponding address on the withdrawal platform and copy the address to the withdrawal address of WISEBITCOIN platform, then you can withdraw your digital assets into the account of the corresponding platform.

1. Login to WISEBITCOIN APP account. Click the bottom right corner “Balance” -> select the coin
2. Click "Withdraw"
3. Enter the “Withdrawal Address” and “Withdraw Amount”, and click “Withdraw".
4. To check the status of your withdrawal: Click Balance -> Choose desired coin


PC Withdrawal Method
If you wish to withdraw a digital asset from your WISEBITCOIN account to another platform account or your digital wallet, you can do so by using Asset-Withdraw function.
Digital asset is withdrawn by "address". Before withdrawing asset, you need to find the corresponding address on the withdrawal platform and copy the address to the withdrawal address of WISEBITCOIN platform, then you can withdraw your digital assets into the account of the corresponding platform.

1. Login to WISEBITCOIN Official Website
2. Before withdrawing,you have to go through a series of authentication including: 2FA, KYC.
3. Click the upper right corner “Balance” -> select the coin → “Withdraw”.
4. Enter the “Withdrawal Address” and “Withdraw Amount”, and click “Withdraw".

PC Withdrawal address registration
1. After logging in, click on 'Balance' at the top right corner and select ‘Wallet’

2. On the Balance page, Wallet tab, Click 'Address' on the right side of the coin to register the withdrawal address to go to the withdrawal address page.

3. Enter 'address' and 'comment' information and click 'OK' button.
* If coin has a tag, you should enter relevant information
* Please copy and paste 'address' or validate QR code.

4. You can see the addresses added in the address list.

Mobile App Withdrawal address registration

1. Go to 'My page' by Clicking man shaped icon of top left corner
2. Click ‘Withdrawal’

3. Go to register withdrawal address by clicking desired coin name

4. Enter 'address' and 'comment' information and click the OK button.
* If coin has a tag, you should enter relevant information.
* Please copy and paste 'address' or validate QR code.

1. If you have withdrawn to the correct address and the withdrawal is under confirmation on the blockchain, please wait until the confirmation is completed. However, if the blockchain navigator displays unusual conditions such as 'failure', please check the address below.

2. If you change the transaction password and login password, the withdrawal of digital asset will be restricted for 24 hours, so please proceed with the withdrawal after 24 hours.

3. If the withdrawal process is not in progress, please check if any of the cases below apply.
1) withdrawable amount of digital asset to withdraw is less than the quantity requested for withdrawal due to pending orders
2) deposit confirmation is not completed when withdrawing after depositing the digital asset.
3) If you entered the wrong address for the digital asset wallet:
If you enter the wrong address, it cannot be processed properly.
Please enter the correct address when withdrawing the digital asset.

For additional withdrawal inquiries, please visit Wisebitcion Customer center or submit inquiry to Help center.

You can check the withdrawal status on the withdrawal tab after clicking 'History' on the ‘Balance' page.
You cannot cancel the withdrawal of a cryptocurrency that has been created and processed by a TxID.
However, you can cancel the withdrawal only if the withdrawal status value is 'waiting for withdrawal'.

Your cryptocurrency will be deposited through the blockchain in three stages.

1. Application for withdrawal -> Confirmation on blockchain -> Deposit completed
2. The cryptocurrency transfer usually takes about an hour, so please be patient.
You can check the status of the transfer through Blockchain Explorer with the address or TxID.

If the deposit is not made or progress is not confirmed until one hour has elapsed since the withdrawal request, please contact the customer center or submit inquiry to Help center.

Withdraw to Wrong Address other than Wisebitcoin

1. WISEBITCOIN will start the automatic withdrawal process as soon as you click the Withdrawal Confirmation button.
Unfortunately, there is no way to stop this once initiated.
Due to the anonymity of the Blockchain, WISEBITCOIN is also unable to trace where your funds have been sent to.
If you have sent your digital asset to the wrong address by mistake, please try to contact the recipient of your funds.

2. If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/required remarks,
please contact the receiving party with your TxID and related information to retrieve.

If mistakenly withdrawn to a WISEBITCOIN deposit address
you may contact "WISEBITCOIN customer service" or "Submit a request" in the Help Center and provide the following information

Coin/Token type
Transaction amount
TxID
TAG (if any)
The incorrect deposit address and the correct deposit address.

2. In case the amount is less than the minimum deposit made to Wisebitcion
Weisbitcoin cannot recover the amount which does not meet the minimum deposit amount. Please check the minimum deposit amount before withdrawal

3. If the coin is withdrawn from another coin address within the Wisbitcoin exchange (e.g. if BCH is sent to the BTC address on the Wisbitcoin exchange).
For deposits above 1500 USDT, please send UID, coin name, deposit amount, deposit address, and TxID to service@wisebitcoin.com

Please enter the email title as 'Invalid Address Deposit' + UID (Write Your Own).
Asset recovery will be delivered to the Wallet team and will take at least a month to process.

* For other mis-deposits to the Wisbitcoin address, please contact the Wisebitcoin customer center or submit your inquiry at Help Center and provide the information below.

Deposit to Wrong Address
1. If your deposit address does not belong to WISEBITCOIN,
we will not receive your transaction hence due to the anonymity of the blockchain,
WISEBITCOIN has no means of recovering those digital assets.

2. If your deposit address belongs to WISEBITCOIN, you may "Contact WISEBITCOIN customer service" or "Submit a request"
in the Help Center and provide the following information:

Account ID
Coin/Token type
Transaction amount
TxID
TAG ( If any )
The incorrect deposit address and the correct deposit address.

Missing withdrawals

1. If any of your withdrawals are not relfected in your balance, there are three possible causes:
• Withdrawn to a deposit address of a different digital asset
• Withdrawn to an exchange address, but the exchange has not listed the digital asset.
• Incorrect address

Please note that if you have confirmed the withdrawal,
there is no way for us to cancel or reverse it.
We advise you to consult with the receiving party to resolve the discrepancy.

2. If you have withdrawn to a correct address and your withdrawal is under confirmation in the blockchain, please wait until it is confirmed.
However, if it displays an abnormal status such as ‘failed’, please check the status in the below addresses.

3. You may "Contact WISEBITCOIN customer service" or "Submit a request" in the Help Center.

Transaction

You can check your transaction details as below.

PC: Log in and click 'Order History' in the upper right corner.
Mobile App: After logging in, click My Page > Order History.
You can view details of outstanding orders, orders history, and past transactions.

Wisebitcoin offers the best service at the lowest fee in the industry.

1. Cancel from ‘Order History’ page

PC: Click on 'Order History' at the upper right corner.
Mobile apps : My page > Order History

Please cancel your order on the ""Pending Orders"" tab on each of Spot and Perpetual swap order page.

2. Cancel from each pair’s transaction page

After entering into the trading page of the pair you wish to cancel, the spot can be cancelled on the 'Open Order' tab at the bottom, and the perpetual swap can be cancelled on the ‘Regular’ tab

* Please note that the closed order cannot be canceled. You can only cancel pending orders.

Please check your available balance.
The pending order amount is excluded from the available balance, which may cause the failure of Buy/Sell. You can check the pending order details in the transaction history and order history. If you do not have enough balances please cancel the pending order and try again.

Why my buy/sell order is still pending
• Orders will be processed automatically when the initiated price of the order reaches the market price. If the order remains pending, please check the difference between the initiated order price and the market price.
• You can use the Market Order function after canceling your current pending order or you can place new orders by using different order functions to execute orders.

Once Buy/Sell order is executed, order cancelation is not possible. Only pending orders can be canceled.

If any Buy / Sell order is completed but it is not reflected on your balance (not credited nor deducted), you may "Contact WISEBITCOIN customer service" or "Submit a request" from the Help Center and submit the following information. Once received we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Account ID
• Coin/Token type
• Transaction amount
• Buy or Sell Transaction TxID

How to find UID
PC: log in to your account > select your account on the top right corner -> User Center
Mobile app :After logging in to your account, select man shaped icon top left corner

Trade from Mobile App

1. Log in with your Wisebitcoin account.
2. Click ‘Spot' button at the bottom of the main screen of the app.
3. Go to the pair's transaction page and select the order type enter the quantity and proceed with Buy/Sell.
(e.g. BTC/USDT is to buy/sell BTC to USDT.)
4. You can view pending and past orders at the bottom of the page.

Trade from PC

1. Log in to WiseBitcoin and click on 'Spot’ in the lower center of app.
2. Select a pair from the left pair list on the ‘Spot’ to provide 24-hour trading volume, chart information, buy/sell window, and recent transaction record for that pair.
3. You can proceed with the Buy / Sell orders, and you can check my balance and order history.

Typical futures has a maturity, but Wisebitcoin offers perpetual swap product which does not have maturity
Perpetual Swap can be invested both long and short side and it can generate revenue from both directions.
There are USDT margin products which is paid by USDT and coin margin product which is paid by coin, and it is possible to place Long and Short positions with up to 100 times leverage.

API is used for market query and real-time trading services. Please refer to API Document
After ID Verification, you can create an API Key.
Each user can create 1 API Key only.
For your account security, each API Key can bind five IP addresses at most.


1. Log in and click on top right User Center > API > Settings
2. Binding of 2FA & KYC must be completed, click API "Settings"
3. Enter API Note and click Create API
4. Secret key will be produced , copy and enable it.

How to reset your API key
1. Log in and click on top right man shaped icon > My page > API Settings
2. Click delete API Key top right corner
3. Click create API Key and regenerate API key
